Summer Staff has been a life-changing experience for many people over the years, but it is also very challenging physically, mentally, and spiritually. People struggling with mental health concerns can find these concerns magnified and exacerbated through the challenges that the summer brings. Are you currently receiving mental health care or taking any mental health medications? If so, have you spoken to your mental healthcare provider about whether or not this experience would be good for you?
