St. Joseph’s Formation Center

A place for God and souls.

One summer, when CYE could no longer camp on Chambers Island, they hit the road camping! One place they camped was St. Joseph’s Retreat Center on Kangaroo Lake, built and owned by the Priests of the Sacred Heart. They loved the spirit of CYE and generously offered to let CYE make a home here. Now we call it St. Joseph’s Formation Center. Owned by the Diocese of Green Bay, CYE has the tremendous blessing of leasing the property and of welcoming souls on to this 7.5 acre parcel of peace and beauty that souls may find the joy of life in Christ and in community.
