For most people who have an active prayer life, a silent retreat is a challenging but beautiful time of encounter with the Lord. However for some people with certain mental health challenges, the extended periods of time in silence and solitude can intensify these challenges and can lead to the retreat being more harmful than helpful. If you struggle with your mental health we would love to have you join us! However, for your own wellbeing we would ask that you consult with your mental healthcare provider prior to applying to make sure that this retreat is something that will help you grow close to Jesus.
