SUMMER EXPEDITION SCHEDULE
Young Adult May 30th- June 1st
Congratulations on finishing off another year of college! Or if you are not in college...congratulations! These young adult expeditions are meant to be short and power-packed with prayer! There is just something good about slowing life down, sitting around a campfire and getting out in the water. Meeting other on-fire Catholic young adults who are in the same boat as you can be inspiring and even necessary to grow in faith and keep the faith alive. Connect here for real authentic relationships rooted in the Gospel...not to mention real fun on Kangaroo Lake as well!

High School June 13th- June 16th
Come'on this high school expedition and discover Kangaroo Lake for the first time. Or if its a second, third or fourth time try something totally new. We'll be doing the normal abnormal things we do like hanging out in our new Club Genesius for evening programing, putting down some Mystic Monk in our new Borromero Bistro and opening our CYE outfitter store for the first time. But wait! There's even more faith-filled and fun-filled adventures! New to this year is a high ropes course and rock climbing adventure (Team Leadership) as well as mountain biking on nearby trails with some sweet new 29ers! Not to mention some sacred Catholic prayer, water skiing, wake boarding, kayaking, sailing and, of course, ultimate frisbee! See you there!

Family Expedition June 19th- June 20th
Family is the bedrock of a thriving culture. Unfortunately these days it seems that families are being attacked on many fronts. That's why it is a no-brainer for CYE to offer a weekend to have Catholic families join one another for some Catholic prayer and Catholic fun! Come'on up and set up that RV or tent right at St. Josephs Formation Center on Kangaroo Lake and get ready to be family! Meet some of our on-fire college summer staff and allow their example of love to give your kids the CYE bug! Don't worry...the schedule is geared down to accommodate the craziness of keeping a family together!

Special Needs Expedition July 3rd - 4th
Raising your child with special needs is a special vocation. CYE is responding to the overwhelming request of Catholic families who are looking for a positive authentically Catholic experience for their children with special needs. Kangaroo Lake is a beautiful place to come and unwind for a weekend with awesome Catholic college students ready to be encouraging role models for your children. Being our second year doing this, we are learning as we go and will be a accommodating as possible for your entire family who has the joy of raising someone with special needs. You'll love the Door County 4th of July fireworks too!

Extreme Expedition July 13th - 22nd
Every year, CYE tries to find some new type of expedition to venture on. Two years ago it was a pilgrimage to Quebec City for the International Eucharistic Congress. Last year, it was the Wind River Range in Wyoming with a visit to Wyoming Catholic College. This year is an expedition to the Boundary Waters waaaaaay up north! Seeing that we have a new canoe trailer and guide, we thought...why not?! This will be a rather technical expedition, but one that nonetheless will carry with it some interesting twists and turns...on the water that is! We recommend you have some experience with the water and wilderness experiences because this will be a real adventure! JP II and his crew used a kayak for an altar and so will we! Spots limited on this expedition due to travel, technical outdoor skills and physical abilities. Boundary Waters here we come!

Young Adult July 26th - 29th
Our second ever kayaking expedition and this time we are taking it to the Willow Flowage up in 'da nort of Wisconsin! Coming off of last years kayaking venture to Horse Shoe Island and Peninsula State Park, we are learning through our kayaking guide and trainer, Russ, that these inland water-ways are an ideal and safe venture for beginning kayakers! We have the option of 35 different camp sites available to us and a lot of water to cover!
